UCSF Population Health Management Certificate Program

Next cohort starts March 2025! Registration is now open!

The Population Health Management Certificate Program offers an in-depth understanding of foundational concepts such as relevant industry definitions, the drivers for change in health care delivery and changing models of payment, as well as clinical interventions and best practices. Certificate completers will also acquire the skills necessary for adopting population health methodologies and approaches in their own practice or leadership role. The program provides a hybrid learning experience where participants engage with online video content in preparation for weekly live discussion sessions that allow participants to ask questions and apply the content with program faculty and other participants.
