Henrietta Tran, MS, RN, FNP
Manager, Utilization and Disease Management Programs
Henrietta Tran is the clinical manager for the Utilization and Disease Management Programs within the Office of Population Health at UCSF. She completed her Masters in Nursing at UCSF and practiced as a FNP in primary care with the San Francisco Department of Public Health for eight years, prior to joining UCSF Office of Population Health in 2019 as the Advanced Nurse Specialist for the Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Program. At the start of the COVID pandemic Henrietta oversaw the healthcare navigator and nursing teams on the UCSF COVID Hotline, and in late 2021 she transitioned to the Commercial ACO/Medicare Advantage team. She is excited to continue working on developing and refining programs to achieve improved patient outcomes and cost-effective care.
