This program is for adolescent and adult UCSF patients with behavioral health and substance abuse disorders.  

The Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Complex Care program provides a broad range of services from depression screening for UCSF primary care patients, post discharge ED follow up for patient seen in one of UCSF’s Emergency Rooms for behavioral health and substance use disorders, integrated behavioral health and Collaborative Care for Substance Use in UCSF primary care clinics. We are a team of social workers who work closely with you and your care team to help improve your mental well-being.
